Total Ability Training (TAT), clothing combines sporty trend into a holistic lifestyle. The brand specialises in a range of sport and casual garments that give comfort and wearability ease for both men and women. TAT clothing applies sportswear with day and evening fashions to varying degrees which demonstrate a specific relaxed approach whilst remaining appropriate for a wide range of social occasions. TAT’s sports and casual clothing can be worn both for exercising and general use. Garments can be purchased in our online retail store based in the United Kingdom.
TAT’s founder and CEO Berdencia Williams, developed her passion for sports, fashion and fitness from an early age. In 2019 she obtained a BA Hons Degree in Business Management, and Administration from Bradford University. Influenced by her grandfather Tat Williams’s entrepreneurial spirit, versatility, drive, and passion to succeed in creating a more laid-back appearance in life and sport, TAT clothing was born in 2019.
